What to expect on your 12 week journey:

  • To begin you’ll complete and and submit a Nutritional Therapy Questionnaire which captures valuable information on your current health and lifestyle as well as your eating habits.
  • We’ll then have a 90 minute initial consultation to discuss your questionnaire and negotiate an eating plan for you to embark on for the first 4 weeks. Grab a cuppa and get comfortable!
  • Lab tests and supplements may be recommended which can be easily purchased separately
  • Two more follow up sessions over the following two months will be arranged where we’ll discuss food plan reviews, lab test results and interpretation, further tweaks to lifestyle and security in knowing you’re following the right path with your food choices.

Buy this program and you’ll also receive weekly 30 minute catch up calls with me. This is not available with any other service that I offer and can massively impact your level of motivation. Here’s how I’d reassure you:

  • I empathise with this point and want you to feel safe when purchasing from me. Therefore if you make payment but wish to cancel before our first consultation I can supply a full refund. However once we’ve had our first consultation I’m unable to provide a refund but will try my best to talk with you regarding any doubts you feel about the program.
  • No you don’t have to be knowledgeable about food for this to work, that’s what I’m here for!
  • I understand that time is precious and often needs to be spread thinly between all of your commitments. Eating and living well doesn’t need to take too much time. During our chats we’ll discuss how to fit the eating strategies into your schedule.
  • My ultimate goal is for you to eat well but be able to treat yourself too. I won’t fool you into thinking the program will be easy. There may be restrictions that you’ll find tough, but they’ll only be in place whilst we figure out what your body responds well to and not so well to. No restrictions should be permanent and you certainly don’t have to be perfect during your 12 week journey.
  • No, not in the long term. Short term we may need to cut down on some of the common favourites like sugar and trans fats, but in the long term it’s my goal to help you become educated enough to pick and choose your treats, albeit more mindfully.

Please note lab tests and supplements can be expensive. They’re optional for you and are not a compulsory part of my service. However there may be instances, depending on your symptoms, where a lab test will be highly recommended in order to get the best out of your food and supplement plans.

Commonly recommended lab test costs range from £80 – 300/$100-420. Supplements range from approximately £15-50/$20-70.
