About Me
I’m a Registered Nutritional Therapist, I studied intensively with the renowned UK based Institute of Optimum Nutrition. As a Nutritional Therapist I take a deep dive into your symptoms, past and present, and like a detective, use them as clues to build a holistic opinion of your health and what you need to help you thrive, feel energetic and be your healthiest weight. My background is in fitness and nutrition education, I’m a speaker, passionate home cook and I specialise in nutrition for health and weight loss. I’m proud to admit that I’m a geek when it comes to the human body and am currently continuing my professional development by studying functional medicine with the amazing Institute of Functional Medicine.
I travel often and have lived in a few different cities and countries. Why is that important to know? Because I don’t rely on being in one place and therefore my services are delivered purely online so I can reach as many of you as possible. From London to Dubai to Grand Cayman and to wherever next, I live wherever my family’s heart takes us and I don’t want it to stop me serv-ing you. Due to my love of travel I want to hear about the food you eat and what’s available where you live. I want to know about your local area and where you can find your nearest health food store. Let’s share a cuppa whilst we discuss your goals and how to achieve them.

I’m a mother of a young daughter and wife to a health and fitness entrepreneur. I love to learn about all things food and health. My favourite books range from the latest nutrition fads to crime thrillers. I settle down every night to watch Netflix and I’m partial to a psychological thriller!
I’m really proud of my journey to health. For a decade throughout my 20’s I struggled with a binge eating disorder which I could never imagine myself ever recovering from. But, for the last 5 years I’ve been free from negative thoughts and behaviours around food and now respect my body more than ever before, especially after seeing it grow a human! I mean, does that ever not feel like a miracle? I eat well but still eat treats often, I exercise and am active but still know how to binge watch a series on the couch.
